Steve Bagian

Steven Bagian received his Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University and his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams School of Law. He has been a practicing attorney since October 2000. He has experience in several different areas of law including, bankruptcy, elder law, federal district court practice, family law, and civil district court cases.

He has been a member of the Edward Gallogly American Inns of Court and is presently active on the Family Court Bench Bar Committee and the Debtor Creditor Rights Committee. He has given presentations on family law issues, bankruptcy issues, foreclosure issues and many elder law topics.
