Owen Rice

Owen was raised in Wisconsin. He graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in History, and a minor in Spanish Language & Culture. After a career in various aspects of film & television production in Chicago and various Southeastern states, he relocated to Rhode Island to attend Roger Williams Law School. While in law school, Owen interned at the R.I. Commission for Human Rights and R.I Legal Services, and volunteered with the International Institute. Owen works in the Housing Law Center, trying to prevent evictions and harmful living conditions.
