Position Description: STAFF ATTORNEY

RESPONSIBLE PARENT PROJECT


Rhode Island Legal Services, Inc., a statewide program with its principal office in Providence, seeks a full time staff attorney to work in the Responsible Parent Project.

Responsibilities include high volume civil practice representing low income non-custodial parents in jeopardy of incarceration for failure to pay child support and in such other matters to improve the financial stability and economic wellbeing of the client.
Closing date: Open until filled.

Salary: Commensurate with relative experience in accordance with Union Contract. Excellent fringe benefits provided.
